These terms and conditions govern your use of the Supplying Aesthetics UK website (supplyingaestheticsuk.co.uk) and all purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Our products are intended for use by qualified aesthetics practitioners, medical professionals, and registered clinics. By purchasing, you confirm that you or the end user holds appropriate qualifications and training to use the products safely.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice.

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

Bulk pricing discounts are applied automatically based on quantity at checkout. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via our secure Stripe checkout. All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL.

We do not store your full card details on our servers. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

We deliver across the UK and Ireland. Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If your order is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

For damaged or incorrect orders, contact us within 48 hours. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement. See our Returns Policy page for full details.

Supplying Aesthetics UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.

We are not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from improper use, incorrect administration, or use by unqualified individuals. Users assume full responsibility for the safe and appropriate use of all products.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Supplying Aesthetics UK or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
