Yes, we deliver to both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. Free shipping for orders over £300 applies to Ireland deliveries too. Shipping rates for Ireland are calculated at checkout based on order weight.

We offer a 7-day return window on sealed, unopened products. Due to the medical nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items where the seal has been broken. Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days, and express next-day delivery is available. All orders are tracked so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Yes! We offer tiered bulk pricing on all products. Buy 5–9 units and save 10%, 10–19 units saves 15%, and 20+ units saves 20%. Pricing updates automatically as you increase quantity. For very large orders or regular supply accounts, contact us for bespoke pricing.

Our products are intended for use by qualified aesthetics practitioners, medical professionals, and registered clinics. While we don't currently verify qualifications at checkout, we trust that our customers are appropriately trained. This may change as regulations evolve.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery. If you haven't received a tracking email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.
