Standard Returns

You may return products within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the products are in their original sealed packaging and have not been opened, used, or tampered with.

Due to the medical nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or where the seal has been broken. This is to ensure patient safety and product integrity.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. We cover return shipping for damaged/incorrect orders.

Refund Timeframes

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions:

  • Processing: 1–2 working days to inspect and approve
  • Refund issued: Refund to original payment method within 3–5 working days
  • Bank processing: Your bank may take an additional 2–3 days to show the refund
